On January 19, 2023, within the framework of the hub-laboratory "Ukr.Lang.Laboratory for foreign students", the lecturer of our Department, Inna Levenok, implemented the second author's project called "BIEM of Sumy State University: united by the language of professions (foreign and Ukrainian students)". Remind you, that the hub-laboratory functions within the framework of the grant project "Eurovalid" with the assistance of the EU Erasmus+, Module Jean Monnet. 

Inna Levenok continues to provide a series of international meetings for with the aim of intercultural communication, and this time among first-year students of the A2.BIEM2-22 group and a guest from Turkey, Alych Zyumryut, who studies at the Educational and Scientific Institute of Business, Economics and Management of Sumy State University. The online meeting began with Zyumryut's story about studying in Ukraine, interest in the profession of an economist, the importance of learning the language of the country where you study. The students put questions to the guest, a discussion took place about the importance of the chosen profession for both men and women, cultural differences and basic European values ​​were outlined. The meeting took place in an atmosphere of friendship and mutual respect. 

At the end of the meeting, the foreign guest expressed her wishes to the participants of the online event: "I wish peace to Ukraine! Take care! Good luck to all students! Thank you for the invitation!".
