The Faculty of Philology of the University in Bialystok (Poland) invited Maryna M. Nabok, Candidate of Philological Sciences, to take part in the International Conference “Muslim East in Eastern and Southern Slavic Literature” (November 17-18, 2018).

Maryna M. Nabok is engaged in the development of modern methods for the investigation of ethnic stereotypes, ethnic psycho-types in the structure of interethnic communication, and her report “The image of a national hero in Ukrainian folklore and in folklore of Muslim countries in the context of its perception by students from the Middle East” aroused interest among the conference participants and led to creative discussions. As a result, the teacher was invited to Poland to give lectures to students.

Maryna M. Nabok discussed the conditions for further cooperation with the leadership of the Polish university.
