On June 8, 2023 the VI All-Ukrainian scientific and practical student online conference “SCIENTIFIC COMMUNITY OF XXI CENTURY STUDENTS” was held.

The conference was organized and held as a part of the first stage of the Jean Monnet Module “European Values of Intercultural Dialogue in Education: interdisciplinary and Inclusive Approaches” (EUROVALID), implemented by the Department of Language Training for Foreign Citizens and the Department of Psychology, Political Science, and Socio-Cultural Technologies.

The conference highlighted the current problems of modern society and demonstrated the high level of training of students and their supervisors.

The conference was attended by foreign (Egypt, India, Morocco, Nigeria, Tanzania, Turkey, Turkmenistan, etc.) and Ukrainian students not only from institutes, departments, faculties of Sumy State University, but also from other educational institutions of Ukraine, in particular, from the Separate structural department “Machine building professional college of Sumy State University”, the Municipal institution of Sumy regional council “Lebedyn Professional Medical College named after professor M.I. Sitenko”, Ferenc Rakoczi II Transcarpathian Hungarian College of Higher Education, the Municipal higher educational institution «Lutsk Pedagogical College» of the Volyn Regional Council, the municipal institution of higher education “Bar Humanitarian Pedagogical College named after Mykhailo Hrushevsky”, the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine and others.

The participants presented their materials in the following sections:

Section 1. Modern youth in the context of the information society: new challenges and prospects.

Section 2. Intercultural dialogue in the educational space.

Section 3. Professionally oriented approach in the process of forming students’ foreign language communicative competence.

Section 4. Innovative educational technologies of the XXI century.

According to the results of participation, students received the certificates.
