In November 2019, teachers of the Department of Language Training for Foreign Citizens presented their academic achievements at the IX International Scientific Conference "Slavic Languages: Systemic Descriptive and Sociocultural Aspects of Research".

The meeting of scientists from Belarus, Ukraine, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and other countries was devoted to current problems of scientific knowledge and practical issues of the educational process. Olha M. Volkova, Assosiate Professor, and Alla V. Rodenko, Senior Teacher, made their presentations. Participants presented the results of their theoretical studies and also practical experience of teaching Slavic languages in the light of the new educational paradigm, took part in workshops and other conference activities.
