The Department of Language Training for Foreign Citizens pays much attention to out-of-class work with foreign students.

For more than 2 years, the club "Formation of Intercultural Communication of Foreign Students" has been uniting foreign students that engaged in research work (thehead of the club is Tatiana H. Chernyshova). Students take an active part in international and all-Ukrainian conferences and seminars; they make presentations, publish scientific works in native and foreign scholarly journals.

The number of students that are interested in research work increases constantly. Therefore, in December 2017, on the initiative of the LS-519 students, the "Hippocrates’ Descendants" club was organized at the Medical Institute, uniting learners, who love medicine and are keen on learning the language. Nataliia A. Pylypenko-Fritsak became the Head of the club.

The reason for creating the new club was the desire of foreign students to engage in research work related to both professional (medical) and linguistic training, to discuss the problems of medical ethics and deontology, to improve professional communication.

We wish our students an interesting and fruitful work!
